GPS & location
Enable Location Services and allow app location access. Wait until location and address processing finishes before submitting.
Manual attendance & leave
Use Manual Attendance for attendance issues and Leave Requests for leave or sickness. Attach the required reason and photo.
Calendar & schedules
See work schedules and attendance history in Calendar. HR or another authorized supervisor manages schedule changes.
Payroll
Review payroll details and accept or reject them with a reason. HR handles corrections through the web backoffice.

Try these tips before contacting support.
Why is the attendance submit button disabled?
The app is waiting for the location and address lookup to finish or time out. Check that Location Services and the app's location permission are enabled. Submissions are blocked when Location Services are off.
Why can't I use facial attendance yet?
Register three face photos through Settings > Face Photos. HR must approve the registration before facial attendance becomes available.
Are manual attendance and leave requests approved automatically?
Ordinary employee requests enter HR's approval queue. Check the request history for updates. Special roles may have different approval rules.
Why did rejected payroll disappear?
Rejected payroll is no longer shown in the iOS employee list. HR reviews and corrects it through the company web backoffice.
What if I forget my password?
Contact HR or an authorized administrator for a reset. Never send your password by email or chat.
Does the iOS app replace the HR backoffice?
No. The iOS HR features are supplemental. Payroll generation, corrections, and additional administration remain in the web backoffice.
